In a departure from the star-studded first movie instalment of Harry Potter, the next episode - Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - is to make a household name of at least one hitherto unknown adult actor.
Although the film's producer, Warner Brothers, is keen to keep his identity under wraps, Peterborough can reveal that the villainous Tom Riddle will be played by 20-something Cambridge graduate Christian Coulson.
"Yes, I can confirm that Christian has been given the part," says his agent. "He's massively excited about the role, but he's really not allowed to say anything more about the film at this stage."
